Each one has taken the same route to the position – time spent in our warehouse learning the equipment inside and out, time on site watching and learning how more experienced Technicians put a lighting system together, followed by time in a Trainee position following a carefully planned training programme, before ultimately qualifying as a fully-fledged Production Technician. This means that they have an unparalleled knowledge of our equipment and systems, and will prove to be a major asset to you on site.

In addition, they all hold a current Health & Safety Passport, a licence to drive and operate powered plant, and have been through a number of other training courses. Most are proficient in the latest CAD Design programmes, and also have specialist knowledge within the industry ranging from Media Servers, to Moving Lights, to Lighting Console operation.
